This is the web site for the National Register of Vessel Exemptions, which lists details of vessel exemptions current and granted for the last calendar month.
It is a fundamental condition of using this Program, and each user agrees, that any information obtained will only be used in association with the regulation of commercial vessels within the jurisdictions of the user and that the information remains the property of the Marine Authority providing it. The information cannot be provided to any person or body other than a Marine Authority without the written consent of the National Marine Safety Committee who will, prior to granting any consent, seek the views of all potentially affected parties.
