The National Marine Safety Committee records statistical information about site usage from its visitors which is used to assist us in making a more effective web site for our users. The National Marine Safety Committee does not place any tracking or identifying material on the users computer or pass on any of this information to any third party except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider's logs.
